Sebewaing Tool and Engineering Strand Dies are engineered for unparalleled pelletizing performance with tunable manifolds and wear resistant strand plates to maximize uniformity, production and profits, and minimize downtime, for your virgin or reclaimed plastic pelletizing process. Our strand dies are built with hardened steel bodies with hard-chrome or special plating, square or round holes, liquid temperature control, and high temperature / explosion-proof wiring. We offer Horizontal, 45˚ down, or 90˚ down exiting, and single, double, or triple row stranding. Optional restrictor bar tunable manifold design adds additional flexibility.
